FestEase Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FestEase! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of FestEase Limited’s website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using FestEase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years old to use FestEase. By registering, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. Account Registration

   • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating your account.

   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

   • You agree to notify FestEase immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of Services

   You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

   • Use FestEase for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.

   • Upload harmful, misleading, or offensive content.

   • Interfere with the operation of the Services or attempt to access restricted areas.

4. Event Organizers & Vendors

   • Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details and compliance with applicable laws.

   • Vendors must deliver services as described to event hosts and participants.

   • FestEase is not liable for disputes between organizers, vendors, or participants but may facilitate resolution.

5. Payments & Fees

   • FestEase charges a percentage fee on paid events/tickets processed through the platform.

   • Premium features may be offered on a pay-as-you-go basis.

   • Payments are processed via third-party providers; FestEase is not responsible for delays or errors caused by these providers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

   • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the organizer’s policy.

   • FestEase does not guarantee refunds unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

   • All FestEase trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of FestEase Limited.

   • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

   FestEase provides services “as is” and makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. We are not responsible for:

   • Losses due to vendor performance or event cancellations.

   • Damages arising from your misuse of the Services.

   • Indirect or consequential losses.

9. Indemnity

   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FestEase, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in harmful activities.

11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.

12. Updates to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be effective once posted on our platform.
