FestEase is an all-in-one platform for planning, managing, promoting, ticketing, and running events. It covers custom event pages, invitations and RSVPs, segmented guest lists, ticketing and payments, live check-in, instant messaging, surveys, analytics, optional discovery to reach new audiences and more.

No. Most flows are guided: create your event page, configure tickets or RSVPs, invite guests or publish the link, and go live.
Yes. Host in-person, online, or hybrid events. For online, include access links and manage permissions; for hybrid, combine on-site check-in with online access.
Create an account, click “Sign Up,” choose your event type, customize your page, then add tickets/RSVP rules, invite guests, and publish.
2) Event pages and customization
Yes. Customize event details, schedule, location, and branding to reflect your style or organization.
Yes. Add content blocks and enable optional modules such as gift registry/donations when relevant.
Yes. Keep pages private (invite-only), unlisted (shareable link), or public (discoverable).
Yes. You can run multiple events (pages) concurrently.
3) Invitations, RSVPs, and guest management

4) Ticketing and payments
FestEase integrates with popular gateways such as Paystack, Flutterwave, and Stripe (coming soon). Availability depends on your region and merchant account.
Currencies depend on the gateway; set currency in your event’s ticket settings based on your configured payment provider.
Yes. Create multiple tiers (early-bird, VIP, general), configure price, inventory, and sales windows. Set per-attendee limits if needed.
Yes. Configure promo codes per ticket or globally, with usage limits and time windows.
Yes. Initiate partial or full refunds per your refund policy, subject to gateway rules/timelines.
5) Check-in and access control
Use QR codes or Invite codes on tickets/confirmations and scan them at the venue with the check-in interface. It updates attendance in real time and prevents duplicate entries.
Yes. Staff accounts can check in guests concurrently.
Yes. Staff RBAC lets you create and assign roles with scoped permissions as you need.
6) Surveys and analytics
Yes. Create custom surveys to gather satisfaction scores, NPS, or session feedback. Send them pre-event, on-site, or post-event.
Track invitations, RSVPs, ticket sales, revenue, attendance, check-in rate, message engagement, and survey responses and more.
7) Event discovery and promotion
Yes. If enabled, your event can appear in the FestEase discovery catalog. You can also share your event page on social channels and embed it on your site.
Use a compelling title/cover, clear description, tags/categories, relevant location or online indicators, and set the event to public.

9) Teams and role manage
Yes. You can profile your team members, invite them, assign roles, and limit their access (e.g., check-in only, messaging only, full admin).

10) Wallets and billing
The FestEase wallet is token-based: you receive tokens based on your currency rate to normalize value across regions. For example, 1 USD is equivalent to 20 tokens and 10 NGN is equivalent to 20 tokens. Your token balance is derived from configured rates and used for getting access to premium features.
To add funds to your FestEase wallet, navigate to the billing section in your account settings. From there, you can choose your preferred payment method and follow the prompts to complete the transaction. Remember, funds are converted into tokens based on the current exchange rate.
Your sold tickets revenue will be available in your FestEase event wallet. You can withdraw the funds into your bank account anytime.
11) Data privacy and security
FestEase follows modern security practices: encryption in transit (HTTPS), least-privilege RBAC, and secure storage for credentials. Payment data is processed by your chosen PCI-compliant gateway; FestEase never stores raw card data.
Yes. Export attendee lists, reports, and survey results. Account deletion and data removal requests are honored per our privacy policy.

12) Refunds policy
FestEase does not refund. However, organizers might set event-level refund rules.
13) Pricing and plans
Pricing depends on your plan (individual vs organization), optional modules (discovery, advanced analytics), and region. Payment processing fees are charged by your gateway.
Yes. Host free events (RSVP-only or free tickets). Advanced features may attract a few token.

14) Integrations and compatibility
FestEase uses integrated messaging providers based on region and reliability. Message templates are optimized for deliverability and clarity.
Yes. You can share the event URL or embed supported snippets.
15) Support and contact
Use the Contact Us page on the site or via our social media handles. Please include your event ID and a brief description for faster resolution.
On-site support or concierge services can be arranged depending on location and plan; contact us with your requirements.
16) Best practices (quick tips)
- Keep event content clear and compelling. Add high-quality cover images and a concise schedule.
- Set ticket inventory and pricing early. Use promos to drive early conversions.
